GUEST INFORMATION

DAILY ROOM RATES - Our rates range from $105 to $175, depending on room and season.  Minimum stay requirements of two or more days during certain holidays and weekends. Rates are subject to 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals Tax.  Additional person(s) in room - $30 each.  A full country breakfast is included.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS - Please note that our reservation and cancellation policies are a necessary part of operating an intimate country inn providing a high level of individual service.  A 50% deposit is required to reserve a room for two (2) or more nights, and a 100% deposit is required for one (1)-night stays.  In the event of cancellation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 service charge per room.  If your cancellation occurs within 14 days, and up to 48 hours of your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less the $20 service charge per room, if we are able to re-book the room.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire stay.  Early departures are regarded as cancellations.  Cancellation of reservations for certain holiday periods and fall foliage, or when your party reserves more than one (1) room, requires 30 days notice.  Reservation deposits for Dartmouth College Commencement are not refundable.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES - Please plan your arrival between 2:00 and 8:00 PM.  Should your travel plans require greater flexibility, please contact us.  Check out is by 11:00 AM.

PAYMENT - VISA and MasterCard are accepted in addition to cash, personal checks, and travelers’ checks.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Families are welcome with children over the age of 8 years.  Sorry, we cannot accept pets.  We are a NON SMOKING establishment. We are WiFi enabled with High Speed Internet.
